Samuel Agyeman, serves as Compliance Officer at The Alliance, where he supports grant compliance, reporting, and systems that strengthen organizational accountability and ensure successful stewardship of philanthropic investments.

Samuel brings more than a decade of experience in nonprofit development, grants management, fundraising operations, and organizational systems. Throughout his career, he has managed complex institutional funding, strengthened grant and fundraising infrastructure, and supported organizations working to advance economic opportunity and equity.

He holds a master’s degree in International Development and is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE). Samuel is passionate about building strong systems that enable mission-driven organizations to demonstrate impact, meet funder commitments, and position themselves for sustainable growth.
