Richard B. Moore

Richard B. Moore serves as Project Director responsible for the Scaling for Member Impact and Capacity Program at the CDFI Fund and assists with the CDFI 101 program initiative. Richard is the principal consultant and owner of R.B. Moore Solutions, LLC., a consulting firm that provides effective and practical analysis leading to creative solutions for small businesses (existing and start-ups). He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Brown University, Providence, Rhode Island, his MBA from Duke University in Durham, NC, completed postgraduate work at Bethel Theological Seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota.
