Maketing & Communications Intern

D’Aja Byers is the Marketing and Communications Intern at the African American Alliance of CDFI CEOs, where she supports digital content strategy, social media management, and campaign coordination in service of the Alliance’s mission to build Black wealth through community development finance.

A strategic communications professional from Broward County, Florida, D’Aja brings experience across higher education and nonprofit organizations, with a focus on audience engagement and measurable growth. She holds a Master’s in Integrated Marketing Communications and a Multicultural Marketing Certificate from Florida State University, and a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Florida A&M University. She is driven by a belief that impactful storytelling connects diverse audiences to the causes that shape their communities.
