Krys White is the Coordinator for the Community Builders of Color Coalition Initiative at The Alliance. A transformative nonprofit executive, political strategist, and environmental justice advocate, she is dedicated to advancing equitable policies and empowering communities. As Associate Executive Director of CEEJH Inc., Krys leads efforts to dismantle systemic environmental racism and foster cross-sector partnerships.
With over a decade of experience in political strategy and civic engagement, she has built and managed impactful coalitions, including expanding a 47,000-member activist network at The Climate Reality Project. Her leadership has contributed to landmark legislation like the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law and the Inflation Reduction Act.
In addition to her role at CEEJH Inc., Krys advises on equity and environmental justice at KW Consulting. A Howard University graduate, she specializes in legal communications and political science. Her contributions extend to board service and advisory roles, driving progressive change and amplifying marginalized voices. A proud graduate of Howard University, where she earned a BA in Communication and Culture with a specialization in legal communications and a minor in political science, Krys combines analytical rigor with an unwavering commitment to social impact.
