Executive Assistant

Hilen Flores, an accomplished Executive Assistant with over 20 years of experience, and serves as the Executive Assistant to our President and Chief Executive Officer. Hilen’s career is marked by strategic leadership roles, including as Executive Assistant to the Vice Provost of Continuing and Lifelong Education at North Carolina State University and as Director of Operations at Polite Properties. Previously, she also held significant positions at Damovo Group, KPMG, AIG, and Heidrick & Struggles. Hilen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business-Economics with a minor in French and International Affairs from Skidmore College. Known for her strategic acumen, operational efficiency, and dedication to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Hilen excels in aligning projects with strategic goals, optimizing procedures, and driving organizational success.
