The AERIS team spent a tremendous amount of time with our team to fully understand our current disposition, pain points, growth opportunities and risk profile. The consultants explained their actions and were intentional about ensuring that their findings were accurate and reflective of our efforts. As a small and young CDFI, I didn’t think that getting AERIS rated was attainable. I certainly learned that having a supportive environment that informs how to improve and continue to grow can be for any size or age CDFI that is willing to be transparent and accountable. While it took a tremendous amount of effort, I am glad that we are doing it. We are better for it.”
