Hosted by the African American Alliance of CDFI CEOs, this gathering is designed to spark honest conversation, deepen relationships, and strengthen collective action across the Heartland.
Whether joining us in Minneapolis or tuning in virtually, the Huddle offers space to learn, reflect, and move forward—together.
What to Expect
This is not a traditional conference. The Midwest Huddle is an intentional, dialogue-driven convening focused on shared learning, connection, and real-time insight.
Participants can expect:
- Candid conversation about the current realities facing Black-led CDFIs
- Insight from leaders navigating change across finance, housing, philanthropy, and community development, as well as available resources
- Space to explore how collaboration and capital can drive what’s next
