Amber Banks-Bond is the President of the Alliance, where she maintains general oversight of the organization’s strategic plan implementation, works alongside the CEO to establish program priorities and align human and financial resources to achieve organizational goals. Amber ensures that effective operating systems are implemented to manage and report critical data, optimize information technology and supports board governance. She has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and has completed a host of formal training programs for commercial lending, organization management, community development, and leadership throughout her career, including earning a certificate in Community Development Finance from Opportunity Finance Network and in Performance Measurement for Effective Management of Nonprofit Organizations from Harvard Kennedy School.
