Justin Minott serves as the Vice President of Membership Services at The Alliance. He is a passionate community builder and advocate for economic justice in the Black community who believes that entrepreneurship/business is one of the best vehicles for liberation. His journey as an investor, speaker, author, business coach, and entrepreneur have led him to join this important mission at The Alliance, in what he feels is a culmination of everything he has gleaned from his previous work. Justin is an impact-amplifier whose life purpose is to help maximize potential in people and organizations.
