Isis Pierre

Development Associate

Isis Pierre serves as Development Associate for the Alliance. In her role, she supports fundraising endeavors to build wealth and capital for minority led business.Throughout her years of personal and professional development, she has focused on improving social determinants of health for affected populations through community service projects, program development and outreach initiatives. Isis has worked to increase access to social services, advancing health equity, and foster economic opportunities for underserved and under resourced populations. In addition, she has executed framework projects related to DEI initiatives, assisting with the development of workplace trainings and promoting cultural awareness. Her desire for progressive change is the reason why she pursued her master’s in public policy and public administration—to further improve performance and accountability in the public sector.
